Associate Dentist:

Join a thriving, fully fee-for-service (FFS) dental practice in Olympia, WA. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated Associate Dentist to step into a future ownership role with mentorship and hands-on business training directly from the current practice owner, who plans to transition out within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern, fully equipped setting.
• Perform a broad range of procedures, including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with skilled clinical and administrative staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Partner with the current owner to learn practice management and ownership fundamentals.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Washington dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (GPR or AEGD completion a plus).
• Proficiency or interest in oral surgery, implants, or sedation dentistry.
• Excellent communication, chairside manner, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to long-term patient relationships and quality care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily guarantee of $800+ per day or 30% of collections (whichever is greater).
• $10,000–$15,000 in sign-on, relocation, or continuing education support.
• Ownership buy-in opportunity established at the time of hire.
• Flexible W2 or 1099 structure depending on preference.
