We're looking for a Bilingual Spanish Marketing Trainee to join our team and play a key role in expanding the reach of our Marketbook Latin America publication, website, and hosted services. In this position, you'll travel across Latin American countries to connect buyers and sellers with our content. This role involves frequent travel to Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries for distribution and industry trade shows, with travel typically around 1-2 weeks per month. A travel bonus is provided based on travel days, with successful trainees earning $60,000 or more annually working a 4.5-day week. In-office responsibilities include optimizing distribution strategies through market research, assisting with corporate training, processing website registrations, and supporting various projects. Qualifications: Ability to commute daily to the local office; in-office position with a 4.5-day workweek. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, with a professional demeanor. Flexible, results-oriented, and able to travel domestically and internationally with valid driver’s license and travel documentation.
